A communication bridge is a way to get from a question asked of you to the answer or message you want to get out. A bridge can also be used as a way transition directly to a message and than answer the question.
Our culture teaches us, from an early age, to focus more on the negative in others, than the positive. But, how others usually want to be treated is exactly the opposite. People basically want to be appreciated, respected, and heard. Are you doing that in your relationships?
It’s okay to make mistakes. Trust me, I know. Most of what I’ve learned about being a skilled communicator and leader I learned just that way. The important part about making mistakes is to learn from them and use those lessons to make our working relationships better, stronger, and healthier.
