Bio for Betty Lochner
Betty Lochner is an engaging speaker who is an expert in workplace communications and relationships. She is the founder and owner of Cornerstone Coaching & Training LLC, dedicated to helping organizations create and sustain a positive culture that boosts morale, increases productivity, and has a positive effect on the bottom line. In addition to her SPHR certification, Betty holds a BA and M.Ed. from Western Washington University, is a certified trainer in Performance Coaching, and has a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma process improvement.
Betty is also the author of three books: Dancing with Strangers, 52 Communication Tips, and Intentional Gratitude. All books focus on how you can better lead and communicate with confidence and clarity.
